Paul Mulholland
Paul is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of MADD. He deals with any and every problem that gets thrown his way. From Liaising with Builders on Site through to working with the guys on site. Paul runs/ aids all projects from the first initial meeting through to handing the keys over and beyond. He has been in the Building industry for over 20 years and along with MADD he also diligently runs and owns Mulholland Construction and Construction Building Contractors. Pauls vast amount of knowledge in the Construction industry combined with his keen eye for the smaller details and his family run business values is indispensable.

lanita mulholland
Lanita is as Co-Founder to MADD and is essential in delivering design concepts, working and liaising with clients and being all around brilliant. She has a background of 25 plus years in marketing and advertising. Lanita has a passion for Architecture and interior Design, her experience in designing her own homes as well as our clients have crafted her precise eye to have the final once over on any project. This gives her the ability to transform any clients dreams into reality.

With Kylies 20+ years experience brings an immense amount of knowledge of materials, construction techniques, details and product sourcing. Ask her any material-based question and she will either find you the answer or can pluck it off the top of her head. This knowledge of materials is extremely helpful when providing cost friendly solutions to fit both our Clients and designer’s needs.

With her Master of Architectural Professional from Victoria University Ange has hit the ground running and immersed herself into the Architecture and construction community. Ange can work on any project taking it from concept through to completion. Her keen eye for detail makes her ideal to craft any unique custom pieces to make an addition to any project. Her friendly and smiley demeanour allows her to communicate clearly with clients and project managers to take on any task.

Guszpy is the driving force behind MADD’s digital creations. From taking a simple sketch through to photo realistic videos and renders. Guz has the skills to use a digital medium to translate a thought and a vision into reality. Guz’s previous architectural Experience in Indonesia provides MADD a special flare and insight into international architecture.
